Christian Kids' Rap

Listen friends, lend an ear because faith comes by the Word you hear.

I'm not talkin' junk, I'm not talkin' jive, I've got a message to make you alive!

 If you're red, yellow, black brown white, everybody is a star in Jesus' sight.

He loves you so He came into this world to give His love to every boy and girl.

He loves you! He loves you! don't you know that Jesus loves you?

God sent His Son to alleviate hurt, to redeem us all from the curse.

From sickness Jesus gives you health and from poverty He'll give you wealth.

From the curse of the law I've been redeemed and now I'm free to pursue my dream.

To be a success, to be the best, to be the head and not the tail and nothin' less.

You see, the devil's not what he used to be

'cause when I speak the Word he's got to flee

Till he's finally thrown in the fiery lake for an eternity the devil will bake.

Now all my days I will proclaim everything that I have is in Jesus' Name.

So throw your hands in the air and praise the Lord 'cause you don't have a care.

His yoke is easy and His burden is light, if you're a child of God just say alright !!!

Note: All words above in bold should be spoken louder than other words and emphasized while rapping. After memorizing words, add facial expressions, arm and hand movements. Then ask your Children Director at your church if you can perform it before the entire Children's Department and even before the entire church!

Also, for clarification, the above phrase "God sent His Son to alleviate hurt" refers to spiritual hurt (life without Jesus); the word "sickness" refers to spiritual sickness and "poverty" refers to spiritual poverty (life without Jesus); the word "health" refers to spiritual health and "wealth" refers to spiritual wealth (life with Jesus) which makes the phrases completely Biblically correct.
